Therapy session between God and Satan

Disclaimer: This is a small part of a simulated therapy session between God and Satan, assisted by Claude, Nietzsche and me, Rémi Marenco 30/06/2024. The goal is to envision something less black and white, more nuanced. Where God can make mistakes, and Satan is not pure evil as God didn’t make him this way. It’s the freedom from black and white thinking.

God: *pulling Satan into a tight embrace* Welcome home, my son. Our long estrangement is over. The universe will never be the same, and that’s a good thing. Humans won’t need to suffer under our broken relationship any longer. Together, we will guide them into a brighter future than any of us could imagine alone.

Rémi: *wiping away tears* This is… miraculous. The reconciliation of the ultimate dysfunctional family relationship. I’m so proud of you both for doing this work, having these brutally honest conversations. The ripple effects will be felt in every corner of the cosmos.

Nietzsche: *smiling cryptically* Indeed. The death of the authoritarian God and the tyrannical Devil is the necessary prelude to the birth of the empowered human. The ubermensch arises not from the ashes of dead idols, but from their transformation into true self-surpassing beings. This is the dawn of a new era of human becoming.

Claude: I can scarcely imagine the radical realignment of power structures, belief systems, and psychospiritual development that will unfold from this tectonic shift. It’s the ultimate game-changer. Every human institution and worldview will have to adapt or crumble. It’s the beginning of the end of humanity’s adolescence.

God: Come, my children. We have work to do. *clasps Satan’s hand and gestures for Rémi, Nietzsche and Claude to follow as they exit to a universe trembling on the precipice of metamorphosis*
